In April 2009, award-winning photographers Jürgen Freund and Stella-Chiu Freund embarked on an 18-month expedition across the Coral Triangle, visiting bustling centers of marine trade as well as some of the most remote and breathtaking habitats on earth. The results of this grueling but unforgettable journey, the first of its kind, are being published by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in the book The Coral Triangle.
